Kaizen

I know, a word you don't recognize, right? You may not recognize the word yet, but you'll understand the concept - essentially it means, Constant and Never ending Improvement!

Each day try to find a way to make small changes that will help you continue to grow, to become better at whatever it is you do.

One example would be for training: pay attention to your basics and details, get those classes in each week, fuel and hydrate your body properly as an athlete.

Maybe your goal is weight-loss and you're feeling overwhelmed! That's okay - you're not alone in that. Instead of trying to come out of the gate full-speed, try implementing small changes, one at a time. Maybe this week you cut back on sweets, next week you continue that trend but you also start tracking your calories better, etc.

I hope this resonates with you all, and you’re able to implement it into your lives.
